What kind of data do we collect?
We need to manage information about you in
order to make the FLVE product available. The type of information we collect
depends on how you use our Product.
What
you do and others do, and what you make available. Information
and content you provide. We collect content, communications and other information
that you provide while using our Product, including when you sign up for an
account, create or share content, and send messages to or communicate with
others. This may include information in or related to the content you make
available (such as metadata), such as where the photo was taken or when the
file was created. This may include what you see through the features we
provide, such as cameras, to suggest any masks or filters you may like, or to
give you tips on using portrait mode. Our systems automatically process content
and communication between you and others for the purpose of analyzing context
and content for the purposes set out below. You do NOT explicitly need to
provide or publish, such as racial or ethnic origin, worldview, trade union
membership.
Communities
and relationships. We collect information about the users, content, labels
you associate with and how you interact with them, such as who you communicate
with most. In addition, we collect the contact information you publish within
our Product.
Your
use of the product. We collect information about how you use our Product,
such as what types of content you view or interact with; what features you are
using; what kind of activity you do, with whom and with which accounts you
interact; and the time, frequency, and duration of your activities. For
example, we log when and when you last used our Products, and which posts,
videos, and other content you viewed in our Product.
Information
on transactions in our Product. If you use our Product for financial
transactions (for example, when requesting a transfer from an internal
account), we will collect information about the transaction. This includes

versions, battery charge level, signal strength, available storage space,
browser type, application and file names, and plug-ins.

Actions: Information about actions and behaviors on the device, such as
whether a window is in the foreground or in the background, or mouse movements
(which help to distinguish humans from robots).
Identifiers: Unique
identifiers, device identifiers, and other identifiers

signs: Bluetooth signals and information about nearby Wi-Fi access
points, transmitters, and cellular cell towers.
Data
from device settings: Information you give us access to when setting
up your device, such as access to GPS, camera, or photos.
Network
and Connections: Information such as your mobile or ISP name, language,
time zone, cell phone number, IP address, connection speed.
Cookie
Information: Information about cookies stored on your device, including
cookie IDs and settings.
II. How do we use this data?
We use the information available to you
(as you choose) as described below to provide and promote the FLIVE product and
related services. Here's how:
Providing,
customizing and developing our product.
We use the information available to us to
make our Products available, including customizing features and content and
making recommendations to you (such as persons, topics you may wish to follow)
We use the following in order to create a
personalized and relevant personalized product / service for you: your
followers, your followers, your preferences, interests and activities how you
use our Product; and what users, activities, training, things, or relationships
you are interested in in our Product. Learn more about how we use your
information to personalize your user experience on FLIVE, including features,
content, and endorsements available in FLIVE products.
Location
information: We can use location information - such as
your current location, your location, and the profiles that you would like to
visit - to: Provide content in your language according to your interests.
Research
and Development on our Product: We use the information
available to us to develop, test and improve our Product, including conducting
surveys and research, and testing and troubleshooting new products and
features.
Ads
and other Sponsored Content: We do not create or
distribute ads in our Product.
Screenshop
feature in our Product: We provide our users with
product designation and store functionality because of the great community
experience. Users may use this solely at their own risk or place advertising on
their posts / stories for promotional purposes. We may be involved in
organizing such appearances in certain cases. (Why do you need it? Imagine being
able to view the products that the artist has used, or even buy them, with a
few clicks, while viewing an important education or content.)
Communication
with you
We use the information at our disposal to
send you marketing materials, communicate with you about our Products, and
inform you of our policies and terms of use. We also use your information when
we respond to you when you contact us.

How do we share this data?
We
share your information with others in the following ways:
The
people and accounts you are communicating with or sharing
When you communicate or share things
using our Products, all users can view / view them publicly. The exception is
premium content, which is content that you publish on a subscription basis that
you post to users. These can be trainings, demonstrations, workshops, DIY
videos, courses, courses. Public information can be seen by anyone inside
and outside our Product, including those who do not have a registered account.
This includes your FLIVE username; Any information you share with a public
audience information in your public FLIVE Account. All public information you
post on your profile as post, story, description, etc. is considered public.
People in your network may see through certain signs that you are available
through our Product, including whether you are currently available on FLIVE.
Share
with external partners
We work with external partners to assist
with the launch and development of our Product, and who use FLIVE's business
tools to grow their business; this allows you to operate FLIVE and provide free
services to people around the world. We will not sell any information about you
and never will. In addition, we have strict restrictions on how our partners
use and disclose the information we provide. Here's what types of
information we share with third parties:
Partners who use our analytics services.
We provide aggregate
statistics and analytics to help people and businesses understand how people
use their posts, ads, pages, videos and other content inside and outside of
FLIVE. For example, users receive information about how many people or accounts
have viewed, responded to, or commented on their posts, as well as aggregated
demographics and other information that can help them better understand the
interactions with their page or account.
Advertisers.
We connect advertisers
with users who may be relevant to them as advertising providers. To this end,
we transmit data and information, including statistical data, to help the
advertiser decide which advertising content provider / user is appropriate for
the content service associated with the product designation and store function.
Measuring partners
We also share
information about you with companies that share this data with our partners in
aggregate form in the form of analysis and measurement reports.
Partners offering goods and services in their Products.
If you subscribe to or
post premium content, the creator or subscriber will not receive your financial
and other personal information except what you voluntarily share with it.
Traders and service providers.
We also provide
information to merchants and service providers who support our Product, for
example, by providing us with a technical infrastructure, analyzing the use of
our Product, providing customer support, assisting with payments, conducting
financial transactions, or conducting surveys on our behalf.
Law enforcement or official requests.
In official inquiries,
we share information with law enforcement agencies.
V.
What is the legal basis for our data management?
The
information available to us is collected, used and shared in the ways described
above:

subject to the FLIVE Terms of Use and Contract;

your consent, which you may revoke at any time through your
FLIVE settings;
●
to the extent necessary to comply with our legal
obligations;
●
to protect your essential interests or the interests of
others;
●
where necessary in the public interest; and
●
to protect our legitimate interests or the legitimate
interests of others, including our interest in providing innovative,
personalized, secure and profitable services to our users and partners, unless
these interests are overridden by your fundamental rights and freedoms, which
require the protection of personal data.
VI. How can you exercise
your rights under the GDPR?
Under
the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right of access,
rectification, portability and deletion of your data.
In
addition, you have the right to object to certain types of data processing and
to restrict the processing of your data. These include:

your right to object to the direct
marketing of your data, which you can exercise by clicking the
"unsubscribe" link in this type of marketing communications; and
●
your right to refuse to process your
data in cases where we perform a task in the public interest or in the interest
of our legitimate interests or external partners.
VII. Data retention
The data will be stored
until you need it to provide our services and the FLIVE product / service, or
until you delete your account, whichever comes first. This will be determined
on a case-by-case basis, including factors such as the nature of the data, why
it was collected and processed, and what the relevant legal or operational
retention needs are. For example, if you search for something on FLIVE, you can
access and delete this search at any time in your search history, but that
search will be deleted from your search history after 6 months.
When you delete your
account, all your content and data will be deleted.
You cannot restore deleted information later
VIII. Suspend and delete an account
The account cannot be
suspended, but any user can initiate the deletion of their account at any time.
Any user can initiate the immediate
deletion of their account by sending an email to support@fliveapp.live.
You can notify us of
the deletion of your account by email, but please state clearly that you wish
to delete your account and state your username as well. We will process this
request and make the deletion, which can no longer be undone.
All your content, messages, and anything
associated with your account and your account activity will be deleted.
IX. How do we respond to official requests and prevent
hazards?
We
access, store and share your information with regulatory authorities, law
enforcement and other entities:

On formal request, we believe in good
faith that it is our legal duty to respond. We may also respond to a formal
request if we believe in good faith that the response is required by the law of
the jurisdiction in question, that it responds to users in that jurisdiction,
and that it complies with internationally accepted standards.

If, in good faith, we believe that
fraud, unauthorized use of our Product, violation of our Terms and Conditions
or other harmful or illegal activities shall be detected, prevented and
remedied; for our own protection (including our rights, our property or our
Product), for your protection or for others, including when it is part of an
investigation or administrative investigation; or to prevent death or
threatening physical injury. For example, when relevant, we provide information
to and receive information from external partners about the reliability of your
account in order to prevent fraud, abuse and other harmful behavior inside and
outside our Product.
Information obtained from
you may be accessible and retained for a longer period of time if we are
subject to a lawful request or obligation, a government investigation, or an
investigation into possible violations of our Terms of Use or Policy or
otherwise prevent the occurrence of an injury. Additionally, accounts that are
disabled for breach of contract terms will be retained for at least one year in
order to prevent repeated abuse or other violations.
X. How do we manage and transfer data as part of our global
services?
We share data globally
within FLIVE and with our external partners as well as with those you contact
and share data globally in accordance with this policy.
XI. How are policy changes notified?
We will notify you
before changing this policy and give you the opportunity to review the changed
policy before deciding to continue using our Product.
